The same standard on every recorded job.
What we check before an operator can take work in your region, what the operator has to do on the day, and what we will never do. It is short on purpose. If it is not written here, we do not claim it.
For growers
- G01Credentials checked before a matchBefore an operator can see enquiries from your region we check, and hold evidence of: a remote pilot licence with the class rating for the aircraft; an operator certificate with that aircraft listed on it by make and model; and the chemical licences your state requires for aerial application. Any licence that lapses must be reported to us within number not yet fixed business days, and the operator stops receiving enquiries until it is back.
- G02Insurance evidence, not insurance claimsWe hold current certificates, not promises. Hull cover at full replacement value; third-party cover that explicitly includes chemical drift and overspray, of at least amount not yet fixed; aviation liability of at least amount not yet fixed. New certificates on every renewal. A lot of drone policies exclude drift, which is exactly why we ask for it in writing.
- G03A job record on every jobCoverage map, the volume that actually went out, the wind and temperature at the time of application, the product, the label and the batch, and the licence numbers of the operator who flew it. It is written for your spray diary. You keep it, and it stays yours if you change operator next season.
- G04Drift control and the labelThe operator runs a pre-job checklist before anything is mixed: weather and wind at the block, buffer zones and sensitive neighbours, what the label actually permits, and their own licences. If the label says the product cannot be applied from an aircraft, it is not flown. In New South Wales, a label that permits fixed-wing aircraft only cannot be flown by a multirotor, and we will tell you that before you go looking for someone who will.
- G05If something goes wrongTell the operator first, and tell us at the same time. We hold the job record, the credentials and the insurance evidence, and we will give all of it to both of you. Then the dispute path below applies.
For operators
- O01The service menu and the quote formatQuote on the platform service menu, in the platform quote format: a rate per hectare, travel stated separately, and the minimum job charge where it applies. Your number is yours. The format is ours, so that a grower can compare two quotes without a decoder ring.
- O02Pre-job checklistBefore every recorded job: weather and wind at the block, buffer zones and sensitive neighbours, what the label permits for aerial application, and your own licences current for the state you are standing in. The checklist is part of the job record.
- O03Chemical handlingChemical is handled to the label and to your state's law. The grower supplies it. You are responsible for mixing, loading, containment and disposal on the day. The platform never buys, holds, carries or handles chemical.
- O04Drift controlNozzle and rate to the label, wind inside the label's range, buffers observed and recorded, and the conditions written into the job record. If the conditions move outside what the label allows, you stop. Nobody at the platform can tell you otherwise.
- O05PPEThe PPE the label and your state require, worn by everyone in the mixing and loading area, every time. This is not a suggestion and it is not weather dependent.
- O06Logs within 48 hoursFlight logs for a recorded job sync within 48 hours of the job. Log sync covers recorded jobs only, under a separate written consent that you sign and can revoke. We do not sell your data.
- O07Post-job reportThe grower gets the job record: coverage map, volumes, conditions, product, label and batch, and your licence numbers. Same 48 hours.
- O08Licences current, lapses reportedYou hold every licence for the whole time you are registered, and you tell us within number not yet fixed business days if one lapses. You are the operator in command. Every go/no-go call on the day is yours.

- Aviation liability
- amount not yet fixed
If you don’t follow it, you lose platform access. That’s all.
Not following the standard suspends your access to the platform: enquiries stop coming to you until it is put right. That is the whole sanction.
We never touch the aircraft. There is no remote disable, and there never will be one. Nothing is ever stopped mid-job or in the air.
Three steps, and they are the same for both sides.
- 01Tell each other, and tell us
Raise it with the other party and with us at the same time. We release the job record, the credential evidence and the insurance certificates to both sides. We do not decide who is right.
- 02Negotiation, number of days not yet fixed
The parties have that long to work it out between themselves. Most things end here, because the job record usually settles the question of what actually happened.
- 03Arbitration
If it is not resolved, it goes to expedited arbitration under the ACICA rules, seated in Sydney, under New South Wales law. Urgent relief from a court is not affected.
Nothing on this page is legal advice, and nothing on it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What the platform does not do.
- We do not make go/no-go decisions.
The operator is the operator in command. Whether to fly, on the day, in those conditions, is entirely theirs. We have never made that call and we are not set up to.
- We do not handle money.
The grower contracts and pays the operator direct. We never collect, hold or forward a grower’s payment. We bill the operator our fee once a month, and it sits outside that transaction.
- We do not have a remote disable.
Not on the aircraft, not on the payload, not ever. Suspension applies to platform access only, and never mid-job.
- We do not sell your data.
Flight-log sync applies to recorded jobs only, under a separate written consent you sign and can revoke at any time. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it on outside a dispute between the two parties to the job.
We also do not buy, hold, carry or handle chemical. The grower supplies it and the operator applies it.
